​​​​​​​We’re introducing a new mobile app that allows you to reach us more easily and conveniently. It’s called “Vello”. You can use it to view upcoming appointments and request new appointments, view your pet’s prescription history and details, request prescription refills, upload photos of your pets, access information about our practice, and view your pet’s vaccine history.

To start using the mobile app, download the Vello app from the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play. The app will then ask for your phone number/email and for our clinic name.

Please note, the mobile app is NOT to be used for emergency situations or for sick appointments as we are only able to view our texts/emails periodically.
